3EI Investigations was founded by Owner, Operator, and Chief Investigator Jeff Monteith in 2007. Known within the organization by his call sign RoninOne, Jeff has been a licensed investigator in numerous jurisdictions internationally and domestically since 1996.
Within 3EI, RoninOne has also created the 3EI FRU (Fugitive Recovery Unit) and 3EI PD (Third Echelon Investigations' Protective Division) — expanding the agency's capabilities into enforcement and executive protection on a global scale.
RoninOne believes knowledge is never ending and seeks continual education and training. In addition to leading 3EI's operations, he is a featured speaker at conferences and shares insights through the agency's training programs.
